Return Policy

Due to past experiences with unauthorized returns coming back, in a condition that we are unable to sell the product elsewhere, we have been forced to implement the following return policy. We do not allow returns unless there happens to be extenuating circumstances. Should you find it necessary to return something, please comply with the following requirements:

  1. Only items in their original packaging, with screws, may be returned.

  2. No invoices over 30 days old are eligible for return.

  3. No damaged, or used merchandise can be returned, this includes packaging.

  4. Product with price stickers, or evidence of stickers, will not be accepted.

  5. Freight will not be compensated for any returned product.

  6. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted for the return of acceptable product.

  7. Please allow four weeks before requesting information on all returns.

  8. Please consider insuring and tracking the return so any loss or damage from shipping can be claimed. Return to: Sierra Lifestyles, PO Box 10371, Bozeman, MT 59719.

  9. Someone from the Sierra Lifestyles customer service team must authorize all returns.

All returns should be accompanied by this form or some other documentation that indicates the original PO #, RA#, Account Name, and Phone#. The RA# should be somewhere on the outside of the box.
